| June 21-22, 2008 Ohio Valley Frontier Days Every June, Historic Fort Steuben opens its massive wooden gates to host soldier, surveyor, settler and Native American reenactors, artisans and musicians to recreate life on the 18th century Ohio frontier. | JULY 11-13 TRIBUTE TO THE AMERICAN SOLDIER A salute to the American soldier from the French & Indian War to the present day, this event will bring American Military History alive and honor those who have served. At a time when the world seems constantly changing and volatile, the American soldier continues to protect and serve, just as they have for over 200 years. This presentation by the Marlboro Volunteers includes a Military Museum and a Medical Triage Museum featuring weapons, uniforms, and vehicles. Citizen and veteran volunteers provide educational presentations for all ages. Patriotic music by the Toronto Community Band and others. |
